One bright thing about today is being able to follow things in my routine that calm me, like journaling.

Journaling is where I get clarity for my thoughts, where I ideate for my blog, where I plan, it’s where I vent and find solutions to my problems.

Over time journaling has become such a big part of me. The days I don’t journal, it feels like my creative process stalls with it.

Being able to journal and empty the load in a new 2023 journal is a simple thing that brightened my day.
