Finding Calm in the Chaos

What do you do to feel calm and relaxed during the day?

We juggle many roles daily, trying to be super productive at work, as parents, and in other areas of life.

Whenever I continuously go from task to task and from one role to another, I get wired and anxious by the end of the day. I find it challenging to unwind and struggle to fall asleep.

Taking small breaks throughout the day helps me stay balanced. A sip of hot herbal tea with a few drops of lemon instantly relaxes me. I can feel my shoulders dropping and my breath getting deeper. An outdoor walk, with the warm sun on my face, resets my mood and makes me feel lighter.
