Discovering New Possibles Within The Gaps

During one of my previous posts, I shared that I am starting a new discipline of no screen time during the week. It’s been two months, and I have been going strong on my streak.

When you eliminate screen time from your days, it opens the door to many new things. For example, we spend so much time waiting in a day. We wait for kids to finish their classes, our turn at doctor’s offices, our flights to take off, and many more instances.

Since watching the screen is no longer an option, I have many new possibilities. Some days it’s a quick meditation; others, it’s working on my exercises from the book, Artists way. Now and then, it’s, listening to my favorite podcasts that awaken my soul.

Learning during these in-between moments brightens my days with joy.
